Know it from my Country Switzerland. Top Service about Delivery. When I open the parcel I saw an old carton dirty and closed again with a lot of tape. The Mixer was not new. Food rests where everywhere and the mixcub has scratches and was also dirty. I try this machine clean everything and it works. But this is a no go to sell me a used mixer. Sorry but I wanna be honest.
