Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

For Same-Day Deliveries, orders must be placed before 1pm on Mondays to Fridays, and before 12pm on Saturdays. Deliveries start at 2pm until the last order is delivered. Regret no deliveries on Sundays.

How do I create an account?

Click “My Account” in the top right-hand corner.

How do I change my shipping address?

Log into your account, scroll down to “Addresses” on the left-hand menu, and click on “edit” under Shipping Address.

How do I track the status of my order?

Log into your account and scroll down to “Orders” on the left-hand menu.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No. We never store credit card information or banking details.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, 15% VAT.

Do you ship to my country?

We only ship to Cape Town and Surrounds, and Johannesburg and Surrounds.

Will my items come in one package?

Most of the time. If it is in more than one package, it’ll still be delivered together.

What is your returns policy?

If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that: You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase. You produce your original Friedman & Cohen invoice (receipt) when you return the item.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Please notify us no less than 48hrs before your order is scheduled to arrive.
